Green Mountain Thunder will steep a fresh, "just picked" Green tea flavor! It's Chinese name is "Mao-feng." Apparently the name implies "thunder" and as Green tea has some caffeine we couldn't help but include it in choosing a name for this beautiful Green tea! Steep 1 teaspoon per 8-10 oz of hot but not boiling water (boiling water over the leaves can cause bitterness). Green tea gives 2+ steepings so keep the leaves after the first steeping!
