Using this as an aqua bag for a boxing work out. This buoy is a great alternative to the boxing aqua bag - fraction of the cost of the Aqua Bag. Weighs about 65 or 70 lbs and can take a punch while not too jarring to the hands an wrists. Pierced the membrane in fill valve and used a jet stream sweeper nozzle and hose to fill bag..very little leakage while filling. Filled bag in about 10 minutes.
