I have other Nils shirts in XS and they fit perfectly, however this XS is smaller. The thumb holes are even too small. The top of the zipper at the neck is really sharp and scratches my skin if the zipper garage is not folded over carefully. I wear a shirt like this for exercising in the cooler months, activities like snow skiing and long-distance walking. I have other very soft wool pullovers that I wear for said activities, however this wool shirt is intolerably scratchy.Loose fit, comfortable, easily fits under sweaters and vests
