We ordered every “natural” toothpaste on Amazon to try. This is the ONLY one you would want in your mouth. It does take a while to receive as I believe it comes from the UK. THE Taste is good and leaves your mouth feeling clean and your mind happy that you are not getting a mouth full of chemicals. I asked my husband to try all of the others before me because the other brands literally made us gag!I have been testing numerous natural, fluoride-free toothpastes and this is not my favorite. Though it cleans your teeth, it does not leave your mouth feeling fresh. In fact, my mouth felt dirty (not dirtier because of the toothpaste. Just... dirty.) Here’s what I’ve tried: Nature’s Gate (pretty abrasive but left my mouth feeling clean), Jack n Jill (definitely more for kids. It did not leave my breath fresh and is fruity.), Tom’s (would not recommend the ingredients), and finally my favorite: Dr. Bronner’s peppermint (left my breath fresh and my teeth clean). Also, don’t buy these on Amazon- they’re cheaper elsewhere!Leaves a minty fresh feeling and taste after brushing. No chemicals or unpronounceable ingredients. It foams slightly less than other natural brands I've tried, but I don't know if foam is a requirement for a toothpaste to be effective. I'm happy with the purchase and will order this again. It takes a little longer to ship, so don't expect it to arrive in two or three days.Initial thoughts were that it does its job of helping clean the mouth out, though admittedly the coloration threw me off a bit (beige/brown, like cardboard pulp almost). This didn't last long, however, and afterwards my mouth didn't feel as clean as it did with traditional toothpaste - the lack of a solid foam build-up while brushing makes it seem like the spaces between the teeth aren't getting cleaned, and after about an hour or so, the feeling of mouth funk returns.I've been using this as exclusively a nighttime toothpaste so I don't waste it, but I won't use it before starting my day since I like to feel clean as long as possible and not like my garlic bread from last night has returned during my 10 a.m. meeting to say hello again. We like the texture and taste of this natural toothpaste...compared to Earth Paste. It is much like Comercial toothpaste in taste and texture. The time it took to get here and the fact that it came from apparently England though will give us pause before ordering again.. ..we will keep looking for a natural toothpaste made closer to home. Was looking for a more "organic" toothpaste and decided to give this one a try. It seems to be like all the others I've tried and doesn't lather up as much as I'd like. It does have a nice minty taste but I don't think I will be buying again.Happy with the ingredients, this is a very light mint flavor for those interested to know.Such a small tube. Doesn't go very far.. but it is excellent. My son said this takes like ordinary mint toothpaste. (I dislike mint, but he dislikes the fennel version that I have instead of mint.)He's not fussed about it being free from nasty chemicals, but I am!Well done Green People for making this.Slight niggles are:1) the tube is plastic lined with foil, so it can't be recycled at all (tho the lid can)2) I wish the manufacturers would do bigger tubes to minimise the packaging/waste3) although this is a good price compared to other sites selling this, I can't understand why the manufacturers have to charge quite so muchReally love this Brand, and this toothpaste, tried it when reccomended to me as I was looking for a toothpaste with as little ingredients as possible. However it doesn't last very long for the price which makes it more of a luxury item. Have switch to a cheaper fluoride free brand that I like insteadI appreciate the ingredients as I’ve been searching for a fluoride free and organic toothpaste, but the flavour is so weak. It has a slight hint of mint, but nowhere near strong enough for what toothpaste should be. Doesn’t freshen breath unfortunately.I had been suffering from congestion in my throat at night and was wondering if it was as a result of grittiness in my usual toothpaste. This, being based on natural ingredients and having good reviews, seemed to offer an alternative. It's not the hyper-white paste that commercial products tend to be -- and it's not such a thick consistency, but it does what toothpaste should do.Everytime I go to place a squidge of this toothpaste on my brush, the contents of the tube overpour and spill down the drain. The toothpaste is way to thin and needs to be thickened. Way too expensive but at least the alligators living in the sewers under my flat will have bright white teeth now!
